Slow Syncronization, Solved

We have found that sometimes the outlook calendar has some appointments that are missing a key coding value, that makes the google calendar sync very slow (a few minutes long).
To solve this issue follow these steps:
- Syncronize the calendars
- Delete all the appoinments in outlook calendar.
- Close outlook
- delete the isolated storage folder located in "user"\appdata\local
- uninstall google outlook sync program from control panel
- reinstall google outlook sync
- Insert your google credentials
- start the syncronization.

Now you should have all your appointments back in outlook calendar and the issue should be solved from now on.
